NOTICE OF ADMISSION AND CONTINUED OCCUPANCY POLICY CHANGE
The Stillwater Housing Authority has updated its Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy to comply with the Housing Opportunities Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Effective June 15th, 2023, the new policy will take effect. We encourage all interested parties to review the updated policy, which will be available at our offices during our hours of operation, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
To provide feedback or ask questions about the updated policy, we invite you to attend our public hearing on June 8th, 2023 at 3:00 pm. Everyone is welcome to attend.
